Level 3 lasts from 2 to 8 weeks. It is mainly for those who want to be always in fit. This intense session has the goal in achieving the desired results in a short period of time.
Your program is customized for you. At the end of each day you have several hours to relax and do whatever you want, so go to the beach near the camp and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
