Feel The Nature Around YouThe world doesn’t belong to humans only. And the time that is so quickly passing by is establishing one simple truth — we can’t do without nature and wildlife. Unfortunately so far people have done nothing but destroyed these two elements that form our planet and the life of every human being.

Today there are more than 370 national parks in the United States. All of them are protected by special laws passed by the government of this country. Why do we need these parks? To protect the animals and plants, to get acquainted with how they depend and rely on each other, to keep the air clean, to be close to nature, to learn about the environment and to enjoy yourselves.

Yellowstone National Park, which was founded in 1872, is the first national park in the US. It got its name from the river Yellowstone which runs through the park. Every year more than 2,000,000 tourists visit this park. For them it’s not only a place for sightseeing, but also a place where they can also relax and forget their everyday troubles and worries.

Yellowstone is a very large park and believe me, even a lifetime won’t be enough for you to see the whole thing. But a few days of national park travel will give you a picture of it. If you think that this park is just a place to meet only animals, then you are completely wrong. It introduces nature to you in all its colors and revelations.

Your Yellowstone National Park tour should include the following places — Tower Fall, Mammoth Hot Springs, Lamar Valley, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Lower Falls, Norris Geyser Basin, Hayden Valley and of course, Old faithful. Believe me your travel through the park won’t be complete if you don’t visit the Old Faithful geyser. It is not the largest geyser but it’s wort seeing. The length, time and height of the eruption are different with every passing year.

The park will provide you with opportunities for hiking, camping, bicycling, picnicking, horse riding, boating and fishing. By the way, during your national park travel you will come across a Fishing Bridge. Until recently, people were allowed to fish from there but now it is just a place to observe fish.

As I already said, this park is full of various species of animals. You will meet such representatives of wildlife like grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, eagles, trumpeter swans, elks, deer, coyotes, pronghorns and bison. I advise you to stay away from them even if they seem very sweet and calm to you. They are all wild and can inflict injuries when you least expect it.

You need to be more careful with the bears and bison. The distance between you and the bears should be 100 yards and the distance between you and bison, 25 yards. Try not to disturb them because they are unpredictable.

So, Yellowstone National Park is a great way of better getting to know some of the miracles of our planet and to have a brighter understanding of the world which we share with plants and animals.
