Are you tired of the general lie-at-the-beach vacations and don’t know where to travel? Try something new!

Do you remember the beautiful scenery from “The Lord Of The Rings?” High mountains, the sight of which brings peace, deep green forests, sunny valleys, transparent lakes and profound rivers, all this gave a special atmosphere to the movie. It gives the feeling of living, eternal nature. The places shown in the movie look like heaven.

But that heaven is on Earth, in New Zealand. And you can visit it! Moreover, you can visit the exact same places, where “The Lord Of The Rings” movie was filmed.

There are tours that offer excursions to those spots. For the fans of Tolkien’s fabulous world, some tour agencies offer special clothes and items so that you feel like you are a part of that atmosphere when traveling through it.

If you don’t have enough time to visit all the places shown in the movie, I suggest you to stop at one place– Wellington. Why? Because there you will see Hobbiton Woods, Gardens of Isengard, Rivendell, Lothlorien Forest, and the Anduin River. You will be taken on a tour to those beautiful places, which are so full of life and mystery. Wellington includes most of the places where the movie was shot. And those are the most beautiful places too, if you ask me. Imagine yourself wandering around the sunlit valleys of Rivendell, or sitting at the bank of the river Anduin.

But even if you are not a fan of “The Lord Of The Rings,” those places are still worth visiting. The unfading nature of New Zealand will bring peace to you. After visiting it you will feel reborn. The unique experience that you will have there will always remain with you, and when you return to your normal life, you will find out that it has become a bit different.
