Choose Algarve For Your Vacation
If you meet someone who has recently been to Portugal, ask him what he liked the best there. The answer is certain to be the Algarve beaches.
Algarve is the southern region of Portugal, one of the most populated districts in the country. Every year hundreds and thousands of tourists go there to admire the incredible sights and to have fun on the sandy beaches of the region.
If you are fond of water and sun, you can stay at one of the shore hotels, which, by the way, are quite affordable in summer seasons. It means you will be given the opportunity to admire the wonderful view of the beach through your room window. The golden sand, however, is not the sole wealth of the beaches. Most of them are surrounded by rugged rocks and attractive but rare plants.
However, don’t spend all your time on the beach. Remember that Algarve is an old and cultural region full of historical sights. When in Algarve, you must see the cultural sights of the region, especially of its capital, Faro. Hire a car from one of the car hire Algarve services and enjoy sightseeing.
I myself do advise you when visiting Algarve to spend several sunny days on its beaches and to get to know its history and culture.
